The Ministry of Labour plans to revise the Ministerial Regulation concerning Labour Protection in Sea Fishery Work B.E.2557 (2014) and its amendment no. 2 in 2018, as they identify gaps and areas that are still incompatible with the employment and working conditions onboard fishing vessels.
