Recommendations on the employment contracts for migrant workers in sea fishery work

The Ministry of Labour plans to revise the Ministerial Regulation concerning Labour Protection in Sea Fishery Work B.E.2557 (2014) and its amendment no. 2 in 2018, as they identify gaps and areas that are still incompatible with the employment and working conditions onboard fishing vessels.
